Customer Service Representative Serves customers by providing product and service information; acts as a liaison between customers and companies, assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries; and resolves product and service problems

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Professional and courteous answering of incoming calls
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Analyze and investigate customer issue
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Refer unresolved customers issues to designated department or supervisor for resolution
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Have confidence in dealing with customer’s inquiries
  • Flexible time schedule
  • Good data entry skills
  • Basic computation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask effectively and efficiently
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
